Jonathan James is a Senior Associate at Eims, Tedrow & Ladenburg whose practice is devoted to providing strong and effective counsel to self-insured and state fund employers in workers’ compensation and appellate matters.
Jonathan is an experienced litigator and accomplished appellate attorney who has successfully argued cases on behalf of clients from the Board up through the Supreme Court. Jonathan works closely with his clients throughout the entire pre-litigation and litigation process, always seeking the most viable solutions to complex problems. He is adept at counseling employers and third party administrators on a myriad of workers’ compensation-related issues.
Jonathan is a member of the Washington and Oregon State Bar Associations, and the Washington Self-Insurers Association. He graduated magna cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law where he served as a Primary Editor of the Seattle University Law Review and was the recipient of two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards.
